Ahmar comes to GSI with over 25 years’ experience in financial management, having served as a CFO and Managing Director for the past decade in both Wall Street and Corporate environments. Ahmar’s professional journey has taken him across several geographical borders, with experience in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
In addition to his extensive financial acumen, Ahmar has significant experience in the renewable energy industry, having spent a significant portion of his career focused on the clean-tech sector, including experience in development, operations and maintenance, asset management, energy storage, advanced lighting, fuel cells, and wind.
